1 ounce lime juice

3/4 ounce blood orange puree

1/2 ounce white sangria (house blend of Sauvignon Blanc, fresh strawberries and fresh pineapple juice)

1/2 ounce balsamic vinegar

Pinch salt

Ice, for chilling

Dash hot sauce

One 12-ounce bottle Belgian golden ale, such as Delirium Tremens


  1. Combine the lime juice, blood orange puree, sangria, vinegar and salt in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a brandy snifter. Add a dash of hot sauce and top with the beer.
