Ingredients

  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce blood orange puree
  • 1/2 ounce white sangria (house blend of Sauvignon Blanc, fresh strawberries and fresh pineapple juice)
  • 1/2 ounce balsamic vinegar
  • Pinch salt
  • Ice, for chilling
  • Dash hot sauce
  • One 12-ounce bottle Belgian golden ale, such as Delirium Tremens

Directions

Combine the lime juice, blood orange puree, sangria, vinegar and salt in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a brandy snifter. Add a dash of hot sauce and top with the beer.
