  • 5 ounces mixed fresh berries, such as raspberries, blueberries and strawberries
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted and cooled

In a blender, combine the berries and milk and blend until coarsely chopped. Add the yogurt and blend until smooth, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pour the mixture into 4 to 6 pop molds. Transfer the molds to the freezer and freeze until solid, about 2 hours.

Working quickly, dip the frozen pops into the chocolate. Serve immediately.
