Baked Kale Chips with Cider Vinegar

Sea salt

1/4 cup olive oil

1 bunch kale, stemmed, rinsed, thoroughly dried

Sufficient quantity cider vinegar


  1. Making the kale chips: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Add the oil and kale to a plastic bag. Seal the bag and distribute the oil as evenly as possible to coat the kale. Spread the kale onto a baking tray and cook until crispy, 10 to 15 minutes. 
  2. Sprinkle with sea salt and cider vinegar. Serve and enjoy.
