  • 1 cup good quality vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 ounce bourbon
  • 1/2 fresh bourbon vanilla bean, split lengthwise and seeds scraped


Combine the ice cream, milk, bourbon and vanilla in a blender until smooth. Serve icy cold in shooters alongside your favorite cookies, such as Chocolate Honeycomb Cookies.
