1 ounce gin, such as Tanqueray

1/4 ounce agave nectar

3 dashes orange bitters

Splash lemon juice

Ice, for chilling and serving

2 fresh mint leaves

2 ounces Prosecco


  1. Combine the gin, agave, bitters and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake. Rub the mint leaves on the inside of a wine glass, and then fill the glass with ice. Strain into a glass and top with the Prosecco.
