Oven-Fried Sweet Potato Fries

1 tablespoon grapeseed oil

2 large sweet potatoes (about 2 pounds), sliced into 1/4-inch rounds

Pink Himalayan salt and freshly ground black pepper 


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Coat a large baking pan or a rimmed baking sheet with the grapeseed oil, making sure the whole pan is coated to prevent the potatoes from sticking. Place the sweet potatoes in the pan; season with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Bake until tender and crispy, 30 minutes.
