1 teaspoon grapeseed oil

1 head green cabbage (2 pounds), shredded

1 large onion, diced

1 medium green bell pepper, diced

1 cup chicken stock

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


  1. Heat the grapeseed oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the cabbage, onions, bell peppers, stock, sea salt, seasoning salt, black pepper and cayenne. Cook, covered, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is wilted and tender, 10 minutes.
