4 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons minced garlic 

4 large portobello mushrooms, cut into 1/2-inch slices 

Pinch cayenne

Sea salt 


  1. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add the mushrooms, cayenne and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cover and cook until tender, about 2 minutes per side.
