1 teaspoon grapeseed oil

1 pound fresh spinach 

1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) unsalted butter 

2 tablespoons minced garlic 

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes 

1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt 


  1. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and coat with the grapeseed oil. Add a few handfuls of spinach and cook until wilted, 1 minute. Add the rest of the spinach and then stir in the butter, garlic, pepper flakes and seasoning salt. Cover and cook until the spinach is wilted and tender, 3 minutes.
