Four 8-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt 

1/4 teaspoon cayenne 

1/4 teaspoon black pepper 

3 tablespoon unsalted butter 

3 tablespoons minced garlic 


  1. Sprinkle the chicken breasts on both sides with the seasoning salt, cayenne and black pepper; set aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Reduce the heat to medium, add the chicken and cook, covered, for 3 minutes. Flip the chicken, cover, and cook until the juices run clear, another 4 minutes.
  3. Drizzle the chicken with the pan juices when serving.
