Peaches with Rose Dressing and Goat Cheese

4 peaches, sliced

1/3 cup rose wine

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh basil

Goat cheese, crumbled

Olive oil, for drizzling

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper


  1. Arrange the sliced peaches on a shallow platter.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the rose wine, honey, and basil. Drizzle the dressing over the sliced peaches. Top with goat cheese and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper, to taste.
