Pear Ice Cubes

Surprise your guests with these flavored ice cubes. Turn a sparkling glass of prosecco into a cocktail by popping a couple of these spiced pear juice ice cubes into the glass.

2 cups pear nectar

1/8 teaspoon ground allspice



  1. Stir together the pear nectar and allspice. Pour the mixture into an ice-cube tray and freeze until completely frozen. Place an ice cube in a champagne flute and pour prosecco overtop.
