Ingredients

  • 1 pound/454 g fresh sashimi-grade tuna, thinly sliced
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Juice of 3 limes
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons/30 ml good-quality soy sauce
  • Crackers, for serving

Directions

Place the slices of tuna on a plate. Garnish with the red onions. Squeeze lime juice all over and top with the avocado and jalapeno. Drizzle with the soy sauce. Serve immediately with crackers.
