Pedro's Tuna Sashimi

1 pound/454 g fresh sashimi-grade tuna, thinly sliced

1 red onion, thinly sliced

Juice of 3 limes

1 avocado, sliced

1 jalapeno pepper, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons/30 ml good-quality soy sauce

Crackers, for serving


  1. Place the slices of tuna on a plate. Garnish with the red onions. Squeeze lime juice all over and top with the avocado and jalapeno. Drizzle with the soy sauce. Serve immediately with crackers.
