Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pale ale
  • 8 ounces coffee or chocolate stout

Directions

Pour the pale ale into a pint glass or other large glass. Invert a tablespoon measure or a soup spoon and hold it just above the surface of the ale, then slowly pour the stout on top.
