Pop Rocks Margarita

Ingredients

3 ounces sweet and sour mix

2 ounces raspberry beer

1 1/2 ounces tequila, such as Don Julio

1 ounce orange liqueur

Splash sweetened lime juice, such as Rose's

Sugar, for rimming glass

1 tablespoon pop rocks

Lime wedge, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a glass filled with ice, combine the sweet and sour mix, raspberry beer, tequila, orange liqueur and lime juice and mix. Rim a pint glass with sugar. Pour the mixture into the rimmed pint glass, sprinkle with the pop rocks and garnish with a lime wedge. Serve immediately.
