1 1/2 ounces gin, such as Tanqueray

1 1/2 ounces mango juice

3/4 ounce simple syrup

3 slices cucumber, plus 1 slice for garnish

3 fresh mint leaves, plus 1 leaf for garnish

Ice, for chilling and serving


  1. Combine the gin, mango juice, simple syrup, cucumbers and mint leaves in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cucumber slice and a mint leaf on a skewer.
