Puffer Fish Martini

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces pineapple liqueur

1 1/2 ounces vodka, such as Kettle One

1 ounce pineapple juice

1 ounce pineapple syrup

Ice, for chilling and serving

1 pineapple spear, for garnish

Directions

  1. Combine the pineapple liqueur, vodka, pineapple juice and pineapple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass filled with ice. Garnish with the pineapple spear.
