1. Thinly shave radishes using a slicer or mandoline and set aside.
2. Thinly slice scallion greens on a long diagonal. Toss the radishes and scallions in a bowl with olive oil, lime juice, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Serve.
