Red Cabbage

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

One 2-pound red cabbage, cored and quartered, cut into small shreds

1 small white onion, diced

1 cup red wine


  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add the cabbage, onions and red wine. Stir and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
