Ingredients

  • 12 plum tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Lay tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast until edges begin to brown, about 5 minutes.
