Tomato Salad

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds juicy tomatoes, cut into wedges

1 tablespoon crushed garlic

1/4 cup olive oil

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 red onion, cut julienne

1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves

Salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl. Toss gently and season with salt and pepper. Serve at room temperature family style.
