Yogurt with Mint Gremolata

2/3 cup white sugar

2/3 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup fresh mint, finely chopped

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Zest of 2 limes

1 cup corn flakes

1 cup plain yogurt


  1. In a medium bowl, mix the white sugar, brown sugar, mint, cinnamon, and lime zest together. To serve, add a 1/4 of the corn flakes to the bottom of 4 glasses, and dollop the yogurt on top with a generous helping of the mint gremolata.
