  • 6 avocados, diced
  • 1/2 yellow onion, chopped 
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped 
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream 
  • 1 lemon, juiced


Special equipment: a hand-held immersion blender

Combine the avocados, yellow onion, cilantro, sour cream and lemon juice in a large bowl. Mix with a hand-held immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
