  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 100 milliliters (3.5 ounces) lime juice 
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint 
  • 50 milliliters (1.5 ounces) whiskey 
  • 250 milliliters (8.5 ounces) soda water 


Heat the honey and lime juice in a small pot over medium-low heat until the honey has dissolved into the lime juice. Adjust to taste by adding extra honey if you prefer.

Stir in the mint, whiskey and soda water; adjust to taste again. Pour into ice pop molds.

Freeze for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
