Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon grapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic 
  • 1 pound fresh spinach, tough stems removed
  • Himalayan pink salt 

Directions

Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and coat with the oil. Add the garlic; cook for 30 seconds. Place a few handfuls of spinach in the skillet and cook until just wilted, 1 minute. Add the remainder of the spinach and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cover the skillet and let the spinach cook down until all of it is wilted and tender, 2 minutes more.
