2 cups cashews

2 cups hazelnuts

2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves

2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves

2 teaspoons chopped fresh sage leaves

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Toss the nuts in a medium bowl with all the remaining ingredients. Spread out on sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure even browning. Remove from and serve warm or at room temperature.
