Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 pounds shark
  • Tacos, to serve

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and marinate the shark 1 hour. Over medium-high heat, grill the shark about 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through, and serve immediately.
