Shashlik Kirov Style Pork Loin

  1. Place the pork loin cubes in a large bowl or baking dish. In a screw top jar combine all of the ingredients and shake well. Pour the marinade over the pork loin cubes. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours or overnight. Stirring the marinade and the pork cubes every couple of hours. When ready to cook, place 4-5 cubes of meat on each skewer. Grill the shashlik over medium coals for 12-16 minutes, turning once. 
  2. To Plate: Serve with rice, cucumber and beat salad and of course, plenty of cold vodka.
