Ingredients

  • 125 milliliters/1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 8 jarred peppadews, drained and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red or black peppercorns
  • Handful chopped fresh cilantro
  • Squeeze lime juice

Directions

Raw sliced carrots and celery, baby radishes and vegetable chips, for serving

Add the mayonnaise, peppadews, peppercorns, cilantro and lime juice to a bowl. Mix well to combine. Serve with crudites and veggie chips.
