Ingredients

Large loaf of French bread

Overripe tomato, super sweet

Oregano branch, dried

Salted water

Feta cheese in brine

Kalamata olives

Olive oil

Fresh Parsley

Directions

  1. 1. Sprinkle salted water over halved loaf of bread (usually done with ocean water love this)
  2. 2. Hand-smash the tomatoes, in a bowl
  3. 3. Evenly layer smashed tomatoes over bread
  4. 4. Top with feta, olives, and dried oregano leaves
  5. 5. Finish with olive oil and Parsley leaves
  6. 6. Cut into small portions and serve.
