1 cup crumbled blue cheese

1 cup heavy cream

Pinch cayenne

1 clove garlic, grated

Salt and pepper

4 cups cooked elbow macaroni

1/2 cup cooked and chopped asparagus

1/2 cup cooked and thinly sliced rib eye steak

1/4 cup julienned sun-dried tomatoes

2 tablespoons panko, toasted


  1. Heat the blue cheese, heavy cream, cayenne, garlic and salt and pepper to taste in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until the cheese is melted and the sauce looks smooth. Stir in the macaroni, asparagus, steak and sun-dried tomatoes until heated through, about 1 minute. Top with the panko and serve.
