Peel and dice the banana into small chunks. Add the brown sugar to the bananas and mix.
Place a tablespoon of the banana filling in the center of each potsticker wrapper.
Beat the egg with 1 cup water to make an egg wash. Brush the egg wash around half the edges of the potstickers. Fold and press the edges, creating a half moon.
Heat the oil in a large high-sided skillet and fry until golden. Set aside and let cool. Sauce with white chocolate and caramel and finish with powdered sugar if desired.
