Sticky Nanas

1 banana

1 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar

4 potstickers wrapped

1 egg2 cups vegetable oil

White chocolate or caramel sauce, for serving, optional 

Powdered sugar, for dusting, optional


  1. Peel and dice the banana into small chunks. Add the brown sugar to the bananas and mix. 
  2.  Place a tablespoon of the banana filling in the center of each potsticker wrapper. 
  3.  Beat the egg with 1 cup water to make an egg wash. Brush the egg wash around half the edges of the potstickers. Fold and press the edges, creating a half moon.
  4. Heat the oil in a large high-sided skillet and fry until golden. Set aside and let cool. Sauce with white chocolate and caramel and finish with powdered sugar if desired.
