Ingredients

  • One 8-ounce package prepared hummus
  • One 8-ounce jar roasted red bell peppers, rinsed and drained
  • Vegetables, for serving, such as carrots, cucumbers and celery, optional
  • Vegetables, for serving, such as carrots, cucumbers and celery, optional 
  • Sliced baguette, for serving, optional

Directions

Combine the hummus and roasted red peppers in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with vegetables and baguette slices, if desired.
