The Stinking Rose's Garlic-tini

2 ounces good quality vodka

1/2 ounce dry vermouth

1 garlic-stuffed olive, plus juice from the jar

Ice, for shaking

1 clove pickled garlic, for garnish


  1. Chill a martini glass in the freezer. Shake the vodka, vermouth and a splash of the garlic-stuffed olive juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass. 
  2. Garnish with the garlic-stuffed olive and pickled garlic on a toothpick.
