Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cubed pineapple
  • 1 cup loosely packed spinach
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped 
  • One 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled 
  • Juice of 1 lime 
  • 1/4 bunch parsley

Directions

In a high-speed blender, add 12 ounces water, the pineapples, spinach, cucumbers, celery, ginger, lime juice and parsley. Blend until smooth.
