Place a large stockpot over medium-high heat and coat with the grapeseed oil. Add the ground turkey, breaking it up with a wooden spoon. Add the chili powder, garlic, oregano, cumin, seasoned salt, red pepper flakes, onions, bell peppers, 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper; saute for 5 minutes. Stir in the beans and crushed tomatoes and simmer over low heat, covered, for 30 minutes.
Serve with your favorite rice or cornbread.
It's preferable to use dark meat, as it has the most flavor.
