Wooly's Ice Sea Salt Leche Syrup

3 tablespoons plus 2/3 teaspoon evaporated milk

Pinch sea salt

One 14-ounce can condensed milk, such as Longevity


  1. Pour the evaporated milk, sea salt and condensed milk into a mixing bowl and mix together thoroughly. Pour all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly together.
