Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons plus 2/3 teaspoon evaporated milk
  • Pinch sea salt
  • One 14-ounce can condensed milk, such as Longevity

Pour the evaporated milk, sea salt and condensed milk into a mixing bowl and mix together thoroughly. Pour all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly together.
