Kev's Cafe at Bud N' Mary's Marina — Islamorada, Fla.

Bud N' Mary's Marina is a Florida hot spot for sportfishing, and whether or not you catch anything, you can get great grub from Chef Kevin O'Hara. There's always a fish sandwich in the rotation, and sometimes you can luck out with a dish like this grilled swordfish with candied shallot and sun-dried tomato beurre blanc.
