Decadent Desserts
Host Sunny Anderson takes us on a luscious tour of all things dessert and decadent. Sunny shows us sugary creations spun from sugar and fire including baked Alaska and caramel covered apples. Next, sugar and ice combine to create ice creams in unusual flavors like sweet corn and basil and chocolate zinfandel. Gelato, ice cream's Italian cousin, is not outdone with flavors like cactus pear and chocolate curry!
This show also features: a winning brownie from Vermont, amazing cakes from two top cake artists, chocolate ladybugs and chocolate pate, edible mosaics and a painter who fashions American Presidents in chocolate.
