James Cunningham starts this trip in San Francisco at Sam's Chowder House for some of the freshest street food by the bay, like a tasty Maine lobster roll and a perfect shrimp po' boy. The next stop is Houston, Texas, where the Waffle Bus is delivering no-nonsense chicken and waffles and even a s'mores waffle. Then head up to Nashville's Mere Bulles truck for a little taste of Southern hospitality, and wrap up in Las Vegas, where the Engine 1 fire truck is putting out hunger fires one pizza at a time.
