Next hop over to Las Vegas for some sumptuous sliders from the Sliding Thru truck, and continue on to San Francisco for five-star Peruvian cuisine from Sanguchon. Finally, head to Phoenix, where the Hey Joe truck is bringing an arsenal of traditional Filipino cuisine to the streets firing off dishes such as deep fried pork belly and even a unique fertilized duck egg.
