James Cunningham begins this trip in Lansing, Michigan, where The Purple Carrot Truck offers the finest farm-fresh feast. Then, roll into Miami for a sampling of deep-fried cupcakes and milkshakes with added cake from Sugar Rush. From there, head to San Francisco where an old school bus was made over into Le Truc, offering gourmet-style street food to the hungry masses, and he close things out in Calgary, Canada, for some revolutionary, Eastern European-inspired curbside cuisine from the Perogy Boyz truck.
