Brandi Milloy is off on a culinary adventure across Los Angeles, meeting chefs who are doing cool and innovative things with pork. At Stir Market Restaurant, Chef Jet Tila whips up succulent porchetta. Then, Brandi goes into a restaurant/video arcade where Chef Nguyen Tran serves up a delectable pork belly sandwich. Chef Steven Fretz wows customers at The Church Key Restaurant turning pig ears into a delectable midnight snack. Finally, at MB Post, Chef David LeFevre shows Brandi how he makes pork and shrimp dumplings from scratch, before they make an Elvis-inspired dessert.
