Season 1, Episode 1

Honolulu

Aloha! Eden has just 24 hours to eat around the world -- and this time she's in the tropical city of Honolulu. She starts off her tour with a baker from Budapest and learns the art of traditional Hungarian Chimney Cakes. Then it's lunchtime in Honolulu's famous Chinatown where she helps the staff make their popular Look Fun Noodles, and for dinner Eden learns to cook up a traditional Myanmar or Burmese meal. After the sun sets Eden finds her way into a family-owned Japanese fish market, resulting in a beautiful sashimi dish, and later learns to make a Hawaiian breakfast favorite -- warm Portuguese Malasadas. She wraps up her trip with a mother and son who make traditional crispy Croatian sausage, before finally rewarding herself with a dip into the blue sea. Mahalo Hawaii!
