Giada De Laurentiis has spent a lot of time traveling around the world, so today she's created some dishes (Polenta Crusted Shrimp with Mustard and Herb Mayonnaise, Goat Cheese and Sun Dried Tomato Profiteroles with Herb Oil and Lemon Hazelnut Tiramisu) that bring home the luxury of staying at a hotel.

Italians love pasta no matter what the season. Giada De Laurentiis is going to show you how to create pasta dishes that will take you from winter to summer and all the in-between seasons. Ring in spring with Penne with Asparagus and Cherry Tomatoes; Fusilli with Shrimp, Orange and Arugula will cool you down in the summer; Whole-Grain Spaghetti with Pecorino, Prosciutto and Pepper is the perfect fall dish; and Swiss Chard and Sweet Pea Manicotti will keep you warm in winter.

Osteria

Osterias are like Italy's version of a coffee shop; where groups hang out, play cards and gossip, but the food can be a little fancier and wine is served instead of coffee. Today, Giada De Laurentiis is going to prepare some of her favorite Osteria-style dishes: Chianti Marinated Beef Stew, Gorgonzola and Porcini Mushroom Risotto and Apricot and Nut Cookies With Amaretto Icing.

Healthy Snacks

Giada De Laurentiis is going to show you how to make some of her favorite healthy, Italian snacks! The best part is that you can make them ahead and keep them in your fridge all week to fight off your temptations for junk food. Recipes include: Parmesan Fish Sticks, Spinach and Cannellini Bean Dip, Sweet Couscous with Nuts and Dried Fruit and Virgin Pomegranate and Cranberry Bellinis.
