Giada makes an all-time, kid-friendly favorite -- pizza! She'll teach us how to make an easy dough and offer a rainbow of toppings. For dessert: classic Italian-American shortbread cookies with jam and chocolate. It's Italian food at its easiest.

Giada pays tribute to some classic Southern American dishes. A creamy "Dirty Risotto," rich but light lemony fried chicken and Bread Pudding made with panettone bread that's drizzled with amaretto sauce. This is truly food for the Italian soul.

Giada prepares an indulgent breakfast of baked French toast made with slices of eggy, sweet panettone bread. She'll teach you how to make the perfect Nectarine and Blueberry Amaretti Crisp. For something a bit lighter, icy Lemon Ricotta Granita.

Olive Oil Crush

Nothing is more precious to the Italian cook than olive oil. Giada prepares some of her favorite dishes that showcase the exquisite taste of this liquid gold: Spicy Grilled Shrimp with Arugula Mushroom Salad, toothsome Spaghetti with Sauteed Onions, Feta and Herbs, and an Almond Citrus Olive Oil Cake.

Giada and her family love to celebrate Thanksgiving, but they've put Italian twists on the American favorites. From Butternut Squash Lasagna to roast Turkey With Herbs de Provence and Citrus to a Ciabatta Stuffing With Chestnuts and Pancetta.

For her Italian Cookie Swap party, Giada will prepare some of her favorite holiday cookies. She'll bake Chocolate Citrus Biscotti and Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Cookies. For something unique, she'll deep fry flaky Venetian Carnival Fritters.
