The Man of Montauk

Gabriele Corcos is hired as the Executive Chef at the Montauk Yacht Club on the southern tip of Long Island. The family journeys out east to visit their friends Anthony and Ottavia Bourdain, while Gabriele goes fishing to get inspiration for a new summer dish. Later at the house, Gabriele prepares Tuna Tartar With Basil, Lobster Arrabiata and a delicious Caipirinha cocktail.
