They stop in at one of Miami's best steakhouses, and a trip to California reveals the secrets of a real Italian pizza oven. They visit two commercial production operations -- dairy in Denmark and spices in Albania -- while back in the Food Quest Kitchen Studio, a former NFL star and a famous chef make a delicious game day meal.
