Host Brigitte Nguyen travels to the Pillsbury headquarters in Minneapolis, MN for a behind-the-scenes tour and discovers how the Pillsbury Bake-Off Contest got cooking nearly sixty years ago. Back in the kitchen, Brigitte shares Pillsbury favorites, including: Zesty Lime-Fish Tacos, Chicken Fajita Crescent Braid, Crescent Pizza Pockets, Mini Ice Cream Cookie Cups, Double-Delight Peanut Butter and an irresistible Cinnamon French Toast Bake.

Host Brigitte Nguyen takes us down memory lane with some classic holiday Pillsbury memorabilia and meets the world-famous Pillsbury Doughboy. Back in the kitchen, Brigitte prepares a winter holiday feast with: Candied Bacon and Apple Canapés, Quick Crescent Pecan Pie Bars, Turkey Cranberry Pinwheels, Pumpkin Ginger Pie, a Jingle Bell Cookie Pizza and Peppermint Frosted Cookie Pops.

Brigitte Nguyen tastes her way through the Hillshire Farm test kitchens and their "better for you" products. Back in her kitchen, Brigitte Nguyen and Hillshire Farm chef Jill Houk whip up Coconut Curry Chicken Smoked Sausage Skillet, Corn Chowder with Smoked Sausage, a California-Style Turkey Sandwich, Mango Chutney Turkey Wrap and lastly, Turkey Lit'l Smokies Cocktail Skewers.

Jimmy Dean - Breakfast

Brigitte Nguyen heads to the Jimmy Dean headquarters outside Chicago, where she gets up close and personal with a breakfast burrito as it travels from recipe development to finished product. Back in the Kitchen, Brigitte hosts Catherine DeOrio, chef for Jimmy Dean, to make Sausage & Egg Tostadas, Sausage-Mushroom Cranberry Tart, Sausage and Apple Breakfast Casserole, and delicious Sausage Broccoli Pasta.

Brigitte Nguyen visits Tinsley Elementary School in Texas, where Hidden Valley is helping students grow their taste for veggies. Back in her kitchen, Brigitte and Hidden Valley Food Scientist Donna Pace prepare a Napa Valley Chicken Salad, Cheese Ranch Sliders, Garden Vegetable Dip, Pasta Primavera, and Veggie 'n' Buffalo Chicken Pizza.

We travel back in time to get the inside scoop on how country singer Jimmy Dean created the sausage company that bears his name, and how their products have evolved over the years. Then it's back to the kitchen where Brigitte Nguyen is joined by Jimmy Dean Recipe Developer Catherine De Orio to make Jimmy Dean Hearty Sausage Crumble recipes for every meal of the day. For breakfast: Apple Sausage Pancakes with Cinnamon Walnut Butter, for lunch: Mediterranean Sausage Pita with Tzatziki Sauce, for dinner: Polenta with Sausage and Mushrooms, and a Sausage Zucchini Strata with Tiny Tomato Salad for brunch.

Brigitte Nguyen goes behind-the-scenes at Town House(R) to find out how new crackers are created. Back in her kitchen, Brigette is joined by Angela Gusse from Town House(R) to create dishes perfect for easy entertaining. On the menu: Mediterranean Medley Topping with Town House(R) Flatbread Crisps, Grilled Cheese Marinara, Town House(R) Crackers with Mango and Avocado Salsa paired with Pineapple Limeade, and for dessert, a Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Dip.

Get ready to grill with Brigitte Nguyen and MorningStar Farms'(R) Jackie Schulz. This burger bash includes Alpine Burgers smothered with arugula and cheese, Black Bean Burger Paninis with Roasted Corn and Cucumber Tomato Salad, a Riviera Burger paired with Red Potato Salad with Dijon Dressing, and Spicy Tex-Mex Pita Burgers.

Brigitte Nguyen discovers the story of the accidental discovery and creation of the Kellogg's Corn Flake. Back in her kitchen, Brigitte and cereal expert Melissa Cash from Kellogg create Double-Coated Chicken, Black Bean Salad with Spicy Crispix Croutons, Salmon with Flakes and Almond Topping paired with Sautéed Spinach, and Rice Krispies Nutty Butterscotch Squares.

Kenmore Elite - Celebration Meals

With the help of Sears and Kenmore Appliances, host Brigitte Nguyen surprises a lucky family with an amazing kitchen update. Then it's back to Brigitte's kitchen to cook up a family feast perfect for any special occasion. On the menu: Grilled Flat Bread with Caramelized Onions, Figs and Double Cream Blue Cheese. Then a delicious Roasted Turkey with Sage Butter. For a perfect side dish, it's Parsnip and Squash Cornbread Stuffing. To top it all of, for dessert, a sweet and sticky Skillet Caramel Apple Tart.
