In a three day weekend in the Colorado Rockies, host Giada De Laurentiis makes a road trip from the Mile High City to the mountains. She takes to whitewater of downtown Denver via inflatable raft followed by a Asian-Latin fusion meal at Zengo. Giada makes her to Vail to experience Rocky Mountain trout at Sweet Basil followed by a night on the mountain above Beaver Creek at Beano's Cabin. Top it off with a beautiful hike and elk hash at Bivan's and this is a trip you can't miss!
